London Consultation Event
London Art House, 2-18 Britannia Row, London, N1 8PA
Tuesday 25 November, 1pm – 4pm
(sandwich lunch and registration from 12pm)
Arts Council England is planning to introduce new systems of self-assessment and peer review for all of its regularly funded organisations. This half-day consultation event is for regularly funded organisations, artists and other arts bodies and funders, aimed at gathering their views on the principles of these new processes. The consultation document around which the event is based is available at www.artscouncil.org.uk/consultation. The event will include short opening and closing sessions with the Arts Council chief executive and senior Arts Council staff and breakout sessions facilitated by researchers Cragg Ross Dawson. The researchers will produce a report on the event, which will inform the Arts Council's approach to developing self-assessment and peer review systems, along with all the responses to the written consultation. The event is free of charge. Places are limited and offered on a first come first served basis to regularly funded organisations, artists and other arts organisations and funders. Please note that a maximum of two delegates should attend from any one organisation.
(please go to http://aceconsultationbirmingham.eventbrite.com/ for further details or to register)
